8pm - Sunday 21st March – live on YouTube.

Life raises a lot of questions, doesn’t it? Particularly life in the last year. And often the answers that Christianity offers just raise even more questions!

The idea behind Ask Anything is to create a space for you to ask the questions that matter most to you. We’ve assembled a panel of Christian believers from the church community, with a range of different experiences and expertise, and there’s no agenda for the event other than for them to share their perspectives on whatever questions they’re asked!

You can submit questions in advance here, and also add more or upvote questions you’re interested in on the night.

On the panel:

  • Dr Denis Alexander is the Emeritus Director of The Faraday Institute for Science and Religion, Emeritus Fellow of St Edmund’s College, Cambridge, a molecular immunologist, and an author on science and Christian faith.
  • Dr Ali Campbell Smith is the Youth Worker at Eden Baptist Church. She has a PhD in Chemistry.
  • Prof Simon Gathercole is Professor of New Testament and Early Christianity, and Director of Studies at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge.
  • Dr Anika Lillicrap is a mother of six school aged children, wife of one of the pastors at Eden Baptist Church, and a writer. She previously worked as a medical doctor.
  • The discussion will be chaired by Mike Hood, a writer who works with student Christian Unions.
