We are seeking a new full-time Permanent Associate Pastor

The Associate Pastor will be a full-time member of the church staff and an elder of the church. We seek a man who can serve the whole church in preaching and pastoral work, while taking responsibility for the church’s home groups and preaching 20-25 sermons per annum. We view this as a permanent position so that the Associate Pastor can get to know the church, build relationships and develop ministries and leaders over a longer period. We intend that this role will enable the church to be more proactive in both training and pastoral care.

There is an occupational requirement for the postholder to be a Christian male fully aligned with Eden’s statement of faith.
In addition, you will need to be able to declare wholehearted acceptance of the FIEC doctrinal basis and agreement with the FIEC ethos statements.
